Tidey & Co has recovered a four-figure sim from another company trying to avoid satisfying Judgment. This is case passed to us from another firm which advised it was unlikely our client would recover the Judgment sum. The case began life as an action for breach of contract in which our client obtained Judgment.

Unconscionable defendants will often close bank accounts, move bank accounts or move money into a friend or relative’s account. We identified the money owed to our client had been moved into a third party’s bank account. We successfully froze this account and obtained an order requiring the Judgment sum to be transferred into our client’s bank account.
