Tidey & Co has recently obtained a favourable result against a leading law firm in a complex contract dispute involving several parties. The matter was resolved swiftly and cost-effectively without the intervention of the court. Tidey & Co Managing Director, Kyle Tidey stated “this case demonstrates that our business model works. The matter was settled on a very basic contract law principle. We were dealing with a very aggressive lawyer and law firm, but frankly that will never faze us”. On how he felt about the dispute Kyle Tidey said “it is also very encouraging to have obtained such a favourable result against a leading law firm.
