Tidey & Co defends company in six-figure claim against big bank

Tidey & Co have successfully defended a company being pursued for a six-figure sum by a large UK bank. Managing Director, Kyle Tidey said “the prospect of litigating against the banks cannot be underestimated. They have unlimited budget and big law firms that are eager to impress. This came down to a very narrow technical dispute, again regarding interpretation, so basically contract law”.
